The High-Strength Omega-3 and Sleep Supplement bottles contain a 30-day supply, and the Vitamin D3 + K2 bottle contains a 90-day supply. Your first delivery will include all three bottles of our supplement trio.
Regular monthly deliveries will include High-Strength Omega 3 and Sleep Supplement.
Your Vitamin D3 +K2 bottle contains a three-month supply, and will therefore be sent quarterly.
Bone maintenance
Vitamin D is essential for helping the body absorb calcium and phosphorus. Normal calcium and phosphorous absorption is required for bone maintenance. Low bone mineral density is a risk factor for osteoporotic bone fractures.5
Immune support
Low levels of vitamin D can cause your immune system to take a hit. Supplementation can help it to regain normal function as vitamin D contributes to normal function of the immune system. A normal, functioning immune system helps to fight disease.7 Government advice states that everyone should consider taking a daily vitamin D supplement during the autumn and winter.
Heart health
Declining oestrogen in perimenopause can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.8 Both EPA and DHA play a crucial role in supporting the normal function of the heart.3,4
Brain function
Having adequate levels of DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function.3 To experience this beneficial effect, a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA is recommended.9
Nervous system function
