REDEFINING HEALTH

Numan is on a mission to help people to live healthier, happier, and longer lives.

Our mission

For too long, healthcare has been built around systems, not people. It patches up problems instead of preventing them.

We think our patients deserve better.

That's why we’re doing things differently, starting with one simple idea: care should be personal.

Care you can trust

Regulated by the Care Quality Commission and registered as a trusted online pharmacy, we’ve always placed safety at the heart of everything we do.

Always reliable

We know how important it is to get the help that you need, when you need it. That’s why we provide ongoing access to a clinician for every patient on our programmes.

Every interaction counts

We’re here to do more than treat symptoms. Our mission is to help people lead healthier, happier lives by providing practical solutions and compassionate care.

Patient safety comes first

Everything else follows. We're proud to be:

  • Regulated by the Care Quality Commission: As a Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated provider, our patients can trust us to deliver healthcare that meets and exceeds the highest standards of safety and quality. Rated: Good

  • Registered with the GPhC: We operate as a fully licensed pharmacy, which means every step of our process, from prescription to delivery, meets strict healthcare safety standards.

How the journey began

Frustrated with the limitations of traditional healthcare, Numan's founder, Sokratis, set out to transform the industry by adopting a digital-first approach.

His vision was to make healthcare not just easier, but better - putting you in charge of your own health journey.

“I knew there had to be a better way to make healthcare accessible, convenient, and personalised for everyone. I believe that healthcare should work for people, not the other way around.”

Numan’s founder, Sokratis Papafloratos

THE NUMAN TEAM

Behind Numan is a team of dedicated experts - doctors, scientists, and specialists from across healthcare and tech - working together to create care that’s bolder, braver, and better than before.

The medication alone isn’t enough - it won’t talk you through difficult times or guide you through cravings and diet fatigue. The Numan coach provides that essential support.

I know I’m making healthy choices, but there’s no ‘I mustn’t do that or this’. I’m making positive choices for a positive reason.

I didn’t want people to think I wasn’t putting in the effort. But in the end, if something is helping you - improving your health, boosting your confidence - why not do it?
